1. Can I be a member of Envita Lifestyles if I don’t have internet access? |

Answer: While we believe that using the internet is the best way to build and conduct your business, you can call our customer services department, and they will assist you with set-up if you do not have an internet connection.

2. Can I send questions by email? |

Answer: Yes. This is a great way to ask questions, and if they are common questions that will help other members, we will add them to our FAQ section.

3. Can I talk to a real person on the phone? |

Answer: Yes. We are here to help, and it is our pleasure to do so. Our team is extensively trained to assist you. As explained above, we just ask that you review the FAQ section or talk to your team leader or the person who referred you first, before contacting us. This helps encourage leadership and team dynamic while allowing our system to run more efficiently and effectively.

Answer: The only way to join Envita Lifestyles is through a referral. The customer services representative will connect the new member under the member who referred them. People who are interested in joining Envita Lifestyles but who cannot remember the name of the person who referred them are told to call us for assistance.

7. What happens if someone tries to join but has no referral? |
|
Answer: The customer services representative will place the new member with the closest existing member in their area.

8. What if you’re experiencing product delay? |
|
Answer: Not every situation is within Envita Lifestyles’ control. Some delays can occur because of customs and various shipping situations around the world. However, our customer services department will help you track and identify the problems and resolve it for you and your clients in a timely manner.

9. What is the Envita Lifestyles Workshop? |
|
Answer: The Envita Lifestyles Workshops are held in various locations across the country and can also be broadcast as webinars. In these workshops, you will have the opportunity to learn about personal training tools to help you grow your business. Please check the Envita Lifestyles’ Calendar, as these workshop events are held regularly.

10. What support does the company provide me? |

Answer: We try to include the most common general questions in our FAQ sections. Your team leader may also be able to assist you with questions or concerns. We also provide a customer services department to help answer more detailed or unique questions. We ask that you first use the FAQ sections and your team leader before contacting us directly. Please recognize that our customer services department will start by asking you if you have reviewed the FAQ section before calling.

11. Where is the Envita clinic located? |

Answer: Our clinic is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Please call the clinic to speak to one of our patient care educators about discounts offered to our patients at local hotels.

12. How long does it take for my products to arrive? |

Answer: The average time is 2-3 days from placing your order.

13. How often does Envita Lifestyles release new products? |
|
Answer: New products will be released periodically, sometimes as frequently as once a month. Each time a new product is released, it will be accompanied by all the necessary educational materials for members to understand and explain the products thoroughly and correctly.

Answer: First check your order and make sure you placed it correctly. If so, then notify Envita Lifestyles customer service department via phone or email, and we will resolve the issue in a timely manner.
